This Doctor is known as the Meta-Crises due to the events of the Reality Bomb. This Doctor is unique in having only one heart and being half-human.

Spending 3 years on Earth with his wife Rose Tyler he spent his time working with Torchwood and growing his TARDIS.

During the War of Omega, this incarnation died only to be restricted by the Time Lord CIA Agent The Proffesor. This changed his DNA makeup causing him to now be fully Time Lord. 

Since he has been spending his time hiding on the planet of Zeon.
